Inspired by an 8 year old’s imaginative drawing, this two-piece plastic toy was fabricated using post-consumer recycled pellets. Given shape with aluminum milled molds, the Cat Donut was injection molded in a single shot. This inedible confectionary cat was designed with mold and injection optimization at the forefront.
